The "Dredgemogorath" or "Dredgie" as we affectionately nick-named him, was an original creature designed and built for the University of North Carolina Wilmington student film "The House That Madness Built" by Jacob Bowers. Jeffrey Lagarile and Jason Kinsey served as the co-project managers and designers. I worked with both of them as a figure-finisher, helping to build the PVC understructure, pattern and sew the fabric tentacle pieces, and apply latex and paint treatments. Additionally, I was a puppeteer for the filming in Wilmington, NC, helping to control the tentacles, body, and build character through movement for this 13ft character.

Dredgie in regular lighting...slightly less spooky but certainly just as tall.
